Like many businesses, we have had to re-imagine the way we operate in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have instituted new stringent policies, designed to protect our team members as well as our clients. This includes thoroughly disinfecting games and equipment in between deliveries, allowing a “cooling off” period between rentals, and requiring delivery staff to wear masks and gloves during deliveries.
Well, we are an entertainment company primarily focused on arcades, video games, over-sized, and other sorts of games. We specialize in taking all of our games to parties, events, homes, and businesses all over Texas. We have recently introduced long term rentals and subscription services in order to help entertain families at home.
Our long term and subscription services are currently only available in Austin. We do provide event rental services in the Greater Houston area, San Antonio, and DFW as well as locations throughout the rest of Texas and beyond.
We’re available for corporate event entertainment, school festivals, fundraisers, birthday parties, church events, bar mitzvah entertainment, bat mitzvah entertainment, block parties, and so much more. Check out our blog for more ideas on events that we can serve.
A Game Plan party can be setup in just about any size event space. Most of our rental items include dimensions/space requirements. Depending on the rental package you choose and the specifics of your event space, anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours will be required for setup.
Yes, Game Plan currently carries $2 million in general liability coverage in addition other policies. A COI/additional insured certificate is available upon request.
We require a minimum of a one week’s notice for cancellations.
